Amanda LUNGHAMER Obituary
June 5, 1931 - August 4, 2012
On August 4, 2012, Amanda Lunghamer passed away at the age of 81 years. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Werner; her sons and their wives, Fred (Linda), Gary (Janet), Norman (Beverly); grandsons: Robert and Zachary. She is also survived by her sisters: Rosie, Inga and Gertrude. Amanda was predeceased by her granddaughter, Jenny.
Cremation has taken place with a Memorial Service to be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Appel Funeral Homes/ Central Memorial Chapel, 10530 -116 St, Edmonton, AB, T5H 3L7. The family would like to thank the staff at Capital Care Lynnwood, 3rd floor Lynnwood Pavilion for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.

Coreen and I know how hard the last few years have been and what good friends you and my folks were. Please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of a wonderful woman with a great sense of humour. She will always be in my memory banks as one of the good ones.

My deepest sympathy to the entire Lunghammer Family on Amanda's passing. I certainly remember her and Werner as a good neighbours and friends, both in Edmonton and at the Lake.
