Anna Bzowy Obituary
May 7, 1925 – May 4, 2012
On May 4, 2012, Anna Bzowy of Edmonton, formerly of Vegreville, passed away at the age of 86 years.
Anna is survived by one son and three daughters, Oksana "Sandy" (Gord) Nero, John Bzowy, Mary (Ron) Cousineau all of Edmonton, and Elsie (John) Neiman of Vancouver, BC; six grandchildren, Nicholas (Donya), Melissa, Jackie (Dean), Dylan (Ashley), Breanna and Max (Marie); four great-grandchildren, Tristan, Taylor, Jayden and Danika; and two sisters, Julia and Sophie. She was predeceased by her husband, Mike Bzowy, and three brothers.
Prayers Sunday, May 13 at 7:00 p.m. at Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, 3635 – 116 Avenue, Edmonton.
Divine Liturgy Monday, May 14 at 10:00 a.m. at Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church. Very Reverend Mihajlo Planchak officiating with interment in St. Michael's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Found
