SALACKI, Helen
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving mother and grandmother Helen Salacki on August 9, 2011 at the age of 58 years.
Helen is survived by her husband of 36 years Ted, her three sons Greg, Adam and Mark and her three grandchildren Cam, Owen and Liam. She will be dearly missed by her three sisters and all of her family and friends.
A Prayer Service will be held on Monday, August 15 at 5:00 p.m. at Connelly-McKinley Funeral Homes (10011 - 114 Street). The Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, August 16, at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of Poland Church (9906 Street and 83 Avenue).
