John ORFINO Obituary
June 15, 1964 – June 19, 2018
It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of John after a hard fought battle with ALS. He is now healed and home in heaven.
Lovingly remembered by his wife Judee of 34 years; three children: Amanda (Sam), Craig (Alyssa) and Kandis; three grandchildren: Espen, Daxon and Brooks; parents Ed and Rose; two brothers: Glenn (Robin) and Bob; sister Sandy, as well as many relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. at North Pointe Community Church, 14025 – 167 Avenue, Edmonton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the ALS Society of Alberta.

We have so much respect for John and the kind of man he was, for how he NEVER faltered in his Faith and for how well he fought an incredible hard road suffering from the worst disease ever! Judee and family,
May God hold you tenderly as you go through this journey of loss. May He fill each of you with His loving peace as you celebrate John's life and his loving spirit and the impact he had on the lives of so many who had the honour to have met him.
John is free from pain and smiling down from heaven in the arms of God. We are all better people because we knew a man named John Ofino. A man of substance, a loving child of God and a man who made a difference in the life of Judee, their children, family , friends and the community who knew the true character of John. We have all been blessed for knowing John whose smile always reflected his love and joy in God and knowing that one day he would be home with his Heavenly father.
