Bill was a great and happy man. I never saw him without a smile on his face! It was upsetting to hear of this sudden tragedy. My thoughts, prayers, and condolences go out the family

So So sorry to hear this I just ran into Bill a few weeks ago at Gander he was so excited to get more things for fishing trip with family in days to come . Havn't seen him in years but worked with him many years ago doing construction . Probably talked for a good hour and told him to catch the big one . The good Lord landed a good one but way to soon . RIP BILL !

Known Bill about 10 years but got to know pretty well. He helped with me with many things and would never take a dime. Had to twist his arm to let me buy him dinner and a beverage. He could fix anything. What a great and fun guy who I will miss. My prayers and sympathy to the family.

Its been an honor to call "Billy" by older brother, I am so proud of his children and strength they continue to show. He would for sure consider his children his greatest accomplishment. I wish for peace and strength and fond memories during this time towards everyone that knew him. Thank you for all the wonderful messages and calls each of us have received. Until the next chapter brother rest at ease. Love Caleb

Bill was our neighbor in River Bend Bluffs. My husband and I will always remember Bill as a kind person that loved his family and his community. Bill was a hard worker and was always willing to lend a hand to his friends and neighbors. We were saddened to hear of Bills passing. Our deepest sympathy to Bills family and close friends. We will miss Bill stopping by to say hello. We will never forget you, Bill. RIP
