I got to know Lester during my time as a waitress at Watson's Restaurant. It was a privilege to consider Lester a friend. He will be missed but I know he's in peace, sharing a nice cup of tea with friends who have passed before him. Nancy, please accept my condolences at your loss. Lester was a fine man.

Lester will be missed. We spoke often at Frederick Church of the Brethren as he was active as a Usher. May the Lord give the family peace and rest is my Prayer.

October 2, 2015

Lester was like a second Dad, always there to listen, and of course with his sense of humor! My husband will miss their shade tree discussions on politics and the ills of the world. Not only a Great brother in law but a true friend.
