Dear Kathy, I was very sorry to read of Dale's passing in the recent issue of UD Spiritus. I knew of you and Romayne way back as teenagers. Dale and Gerry and I were good friends then and I had great times with Dale on the famous Boes ice rink. Dale skated circles around me and even gave me a black eye from one of his errant slap shots of a puck. Could say more. Those were great times and I cherish the memories. Dear Kathy and family, while searching the Free Press for Dave's obit, I came across Dale's. Of course I was shocked. Without Pat, I hadn't been able to keep up with other old friends. I can't believe that two lifelong friends have left this earth at the same time and are having their send-off at the same time. Hopefully they are together. I will be attending Dave's funeral tomorrow but I will be also thinking of you and your family and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. love, marilyn and rob robbins

I have only known Dale for a short part of his life...maybe 10 years. I was his Handyman and did work for him and Kathy on their home in Brighton. I'll miss the conversations we've had. He was always upbeat and enjoyed and laugh or two!
He'll be missed by everyone that knew him.
May he rest in peace with no pain ever again!

Kathy,
Carol and I are deeply saddened by your, our, loss. 32 years of golf, lunches, dinners, many deep conversations, business and thousands of laughs, I will always remember Dale as one of my very best friends and one of the best human beings I have ever been associated with. Staunch business man, great mentor, dedicated family man, and someone I always knew that he was there for me. I will miss him dearly. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
