Westland - (9/26/45) Beloved husband of the late Kathy (Phelan) Wickett. Loving father of Daniel and Beth. Proud grandfather to Chase, Stassie, and Dalton. Loving sibling of John, Glee (dec.), Jerry, Jim, and Jeannie, and best friend of Bill Clos. Also survived by many loving cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends. Services 10:00 a.m. Ss. Simon & Jude Catholic Church, Monday, December 18. In lieu of flowers, per the wishes of the family, donations may be made in the names of Dan and Kathy Wickett to the Detroit Zoo.

Even down here in Vero Beach, Fl., I have thought about the many good times we had together in earlier years. I feel for you and your family, and my prayers are with you!
Wish i could have been there in Westland to give you another "send off"...I'm sure there was sadness, but I also know your HUMOR won't soon be forgotten.

Sorry to hear of Dan's passing, I would like to offer my sincere condolences to his family. Jeremiah 29:11 assures us God is thinking thoughts of peace towards us, to give us a future and a hope. In the days to come may you find comfort in that hope.
