Your father and Grandfather taught me in a shop class in the 1960s. I remember to this day his precision, desire for doing things correctly and the many lessons he taught me.

Mr. Reddick was my Industrial Arts teacher at Westwood Jr. High in Gainesville, Florida back in 1968. He was great, and I will remember him always.

Mr. Reddick was a wonderful teacher! I took shop with him at Kirby Smith. I remember when Tungoil (SP) was going strong in Brooker, and he said "Linda, you don't need any tongoil!" Guess you can say I was (and still am) a big talker. I was planning on coming to the funeral today but was sick.
When his wife was in Palm Garden, she was in the same room with my mother, Helen Harben. I understand that many of his "old" students were there, and we are "old!" I will never forget Mr. Reddick. I still have a couple of things I made in shop way back when.

I was sad to hear of Mr. Reddick's passing. His Shop class at Kirby Smith was one of my favorites. He made it so much fun. My parents (now deceased) also knew the Reddick family. They lived a block apart in the early 1950's. Now they will be together again. May you all be comforted by your loving memories of him. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Mr. Reddick was such a wonderful influence on the lives of so many people including all the students he had when he taught. He was the favorite of most all my classmates when he was at Kirby Smith years ago. He was so kind, wise and honest. He will live on through all of those lives he touched.

Dalton was a wonderful Gemtleman. He and his Wife lived next door to my Grandparents in Gainesville and Gary grew up with my Brother, Larry.

There are nothing but good memories of a wonderful family and a very fine man.

My condolences to the family, may He rest in everlasting peace and now be reunited with his wonderful wife.

It saddens me to learn of Dalton's passing. As a teacher at Westwood Junior High, I worked with him and respected him highly. He was a wonderful teacher. I remember finding him after school one day helping one of his students build not one but two chest of drawers (one was for the student's brother). He was a very dedicated man who wanted to make the lives of others a little easier. He will be missed by many. God bless you Gary and family in the days and years ahead.

One of the best people I've known, like all of Aunt Verna's children. I'll miss our phone calls. He recently invited me to his 100th birthday party. I'm sorry he didn't make it.

I remember Mr. Reddick so well from "shop" at Kirby Smith. He taught us how to use a coping saw and helped us make a lot of interesting things. A very good teacher.

Dalton was my mother's "little brother". It was always great to see them together, they had some much to share.
