We are so lucky and and blessed to have someone so precious, it make it so hard to say goodby. Do you think in Heaven that our precious people are sitting around talking to one another. I do. Bless all of you and know God will watch over him.

Lynn: I'm sorry to be so late in respondingan erroneous search led me hereI had no idea. Learning of Toms passing, a flood of memories came rushing back to me after nearly 40-years having past. A small group of us were mostly inseparable and grew-up together at UND. Although we were introduced as athletes, it was really the influence we had on each other, day-to-day, that remains the most important. Those special and unique qualities Tom brought us I'm certain attracted you to him as well. What I want you to know is that Tom played an important role in my life that I will continue to carry forward. And I hope you can take some comfort in knowing that his influence continues to exist in this world.

Lynn and family-
So sorry to hear of your loss. We played basketball on "Team #1" and football together at UND. He was a great football and intramural basketball teammate. He was a great guy and will be missed.
Love and prayers to you and your family-

With deep sympathies I have learned of Tom's passing. May God bless you and your family . That He comforts the family through this sorrow. I haven't seen Tom for years. I too remember the fun time we had in sports at SW. He was a great leader and a class act. Many grateful memories.

Lots of fun memories of Tom in the Kasperek home, from muscle flexing to play by play practicing. He could make walking from the kitchen to the family room sound like a professional activity. I enjoyed watching him in all his sports, and felt lucky to call him a friend. He was part of what made high school enjoyable for me. Love to his family in this tough time.

"Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal". Tom defined 'one of a kind'. He was one of the easiest guys to meet I've ever met. It took about 1 minute and he knew your life, and you left him with a smile. Leadership was his greatest talent because he led from his heart, (not that he wasn't a great athlete!). I know you feel as blessed to have him in your life as you did as I feel spending just a short time as a teammate! He made a difference!
God Bless Tom and all of you!

Lynn and family, I am so deeply sorry that Bio is no longer with you in person. He was an awesome guy. A great athlete and competitor, who made everyone around him a better athlete and person. He also single handedly gave all of his freshman teammates at UND our nicknames! I am so thankful to have reconnected with Tom a couple weeks ago via text and now realize why I didn't hear back from him again. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. The world is a better place because of Bio. May God hold you all in the palm of His hands. Yul

Dear Lynn & Family,
Though I graduated from Southwest in Lynn's class, I had the pleasure of being in Southwest athletics with Tom.
He was a wonderful athlete and an excellent team leader. Always happy, quick with a joke and like a big brother to those of us a couple years behind him in school. We had some outstanding years in sports!
Your life sounded full of love and enjoyment, may those memories live on forever inside your loved ones.
What more can I say but to offer my prayers to his wife Lynn & family, to let you know he will be missed by all but Not Forgotten! I am proof of the legacy Tom created even at an early age. For over 40 years I have remembered Tom ~ Always in our hearts.
God Bless you,
Randy

Tommy!!
What a great guy to have the pleasure of knowing and hanging out with earlier on in our lives. One of the most unassuming, nonjudgmental and caring people I knew. Tom was trustworthy and fair with more compassion then he knew what to do with.
He was just one of those very special people who touched everyone he was around!!
A not so fond memory for me is seeing that FLASH of white go by me SOOOOO quickly as I stood in the batter's box facing Tommy who was on the pitcher's mound! WOW, could he throw that ball!!
Peace Tommy, and wishes of comfort to Lynn and family!! Bart

Lynn and Family, Words can't express my sympathy to all of you. Glenwood Drive will be a little less friendly now that Tom is gone. When he'd drive past and wave , he genuinely seemed glad to see me. I loved watching him pull the grandkids in the wagon past our house. Tom was a real people person. He will be missed but remembered often!
Sincerely, Pauline and Gary Runge

Tom truly was one in a million, and I will be forever grateful that he offered me the opportunity to work for him at the Great 98. To this day, he is the finest boss I ever worked for. Kind, compassionate, loyal, funny, thoughtful...and one of the most buoyant people I've ever met.
There aren't any words of comfort that ease a loss of this magnitude. Holding the Biolo family in love and compassion, and please know that Tom indeed changed my life for the better.
May comfort come in time.
