I just found out today about Yolly's passing. Oddly, it was because of an a/c repairman who came to my house this morning and asked if an attorney used to live here named Buchmann. Not here, but I remembered that name. And thought of Yolly. I looked her up online and sadly found that she had passed. I met Yolly with my then baby grandson back in 2014/2015. when we would take walks by her house, which she explained was across the street from where her original house is...that she sold after her husband passed. We would have some nice chats and she enjoyed see my little grandson. She was so very kind. I knew that she had taken a couple of falls a few yrs ago and then I didn't see her anymore, a new family moved into the home. I always wondered what happened to her and missed seeing her...I still walk by her house many days now, but with my dog now. I think about her each time I pass it. My a/c repairman will be back next week and I will tell him that I knew Yolly Buchmann....and the house he is remembering was her former home...the 2 story house, which mine is as well. Please accept my condolences on the passing of not only a very sweet lady...but after reading her obituary, what an outstanding lady she was! Only wish we had met earlier...after being neighbors for so many yrs, just 2 streets apart!

Yolly was an amazing woman her love of the arts was her passion. I was lucky enough to be a a member of the Cultural Council and get to know this wonderful lady. She spoke often of her children and grandchildren who she loved dearly. May she Rest In Peace.

Yolly was a long time (over 40 years) friend. What a dynamo packed in a small package. She was indefatigable in her community works while at the same time a loving and compassionate person. She will be missed..
