Fred Jackson Obituary

At age 89, Fred Wright Jackson boarded the Jesus train, Feb. 6, 2013. He was born April 22, 1921 to Beatrice Wright and John Duncan Jackson in Detroit, Mich. Fred married Rose Kubinec April 23, 1944. They were together for 67 years. Fred was a veteran of World War II, 4th Infantry Division, 116th Regiment, Company C, attaining the rank of sergeant. He enjoyed vegetable gardening. Landscaping and sheet metal work.
He is survived by all seven of his children, sixteen grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. A graveside gathering will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Eternal Hills Memorial Gardens. A memorial service will be June 15 at Eternal Hills. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity.
