Bradford Reich Obituary

Bradford Dean Reich Bradford Reich, 58, passed away unexpectedly on February 7, 2019. He was born March 16, 1960 in Cheyenne, WY. Brad lived in the Everett, WA, area for the past 18 years. He was employed by Thomas.net building comm-ercial websites. Brad had been a avid cycler and mountain biker, winning numerous compet-itions in California. He loved customizing his cars and being a member of Modern Mopars of Snohomish County. Most of all, he loved the Lord and had been active in Prison Ministries and several local churches. He is survived by his mother and step father, Marilyn and Skip Rigby (formerly of Stanwood, WA); his brother, David (Lori) Rigby and nephew, Reid Rigby of Oceanside, CA; and special friend, Thea Bardetti. He was preceded in death by his father, Delbert Reich and both sets of grand-parents. A memorial ride, spon-sored by the Mopars organization is being planned for early spring. In lieu of flowers, donations in Brad's name to New Life Prison Ministries or Cocoon House of Everett will be appreciated. Arrangements are being handled by the Solie Funeral Home.

I got to meet Brad in a local car group. Brad was a great guy with a love and passion for cars. It was great hanging out with a couple times. RIP Brad.

The day we met.

I was shocked when I heard the sad news about Brad. He was a true friend. I met him in 2008 at the All Mopar Spring Roundup at the XXX. At the time we had no trophies for the Modern Mopars and he asked me if I could get that changed. For the following years I put his suggestions into action. Brad was my go to guy at each following show when I would ask him who should get the Club Participation Trophy since the Modern Mopars always won. On my website moparsunlimited.com I have albums remembering club members we have lost. While Brad was not a club member,I felt he should be on the site with his own album for his contributions to the club. For a number of years, I had a friend shoot videos of various cars and their owners telling about their rides. Brad is featured doing just that at our 2013 show at Mariner High School. It is the 3rd video. I will never forget him. Rest in peace my friend.

God Speed Brad, with an emphasis on SPEED. No doubt you are racing and doing burnouts in Paradise. I will miss your wit, passion, and our conversations at the track, cruises, car shows and get togethers. May God bless your family and friends during this difficult time.

Brad was always looking for an opportunity to share his knowledge of cars. Because his passion for cars and the community, Brad was instrumental in helping grow the group Modern Mopars of Snohomish County. Brad was the 10th member of MMOSC, having joined us in 2012.
An original Nitwit (Dingbats n Nitwits of PNW), Brad was also an active member of LXForums (wbglider) with his monster 426 Chrysler 300 SRT8, and spoke of the "original nitwits" as a brotherhood...a mentality he brought with him to MMOSC.
You could always hear Brad coming from miles away with his cutouts wide open, and you could always see and smell him leave in one of his signature smoke shows.
Brad was one of a kind, and leaves behind a big hole in the hearts of the LX Community...aaaand burnout marks all over the county....
He was a kind, gentle, caring man, would would drop anything at a moment's notice to help our members troubleshoot and work on their cars.

We just want one last cruise with you Brad....Wide Open Throttle...
