Rock Hill, South Carolina - Mr. Oliver Lynwood Duncan, Jr., 73, died Friday, April 16, 2021.
Services will be private.
A native of Rock Hill, SC Mr. Duncan was a son of the late Col. Oliver Lynwood Duncan, Sr. and Jean Spanbauer Duncan. Mr. Duncan was an Army Veteran. He achieved a Master's Degree from Winthrop University. He served as a professor at York Technical College and owned/managed his own business Duncan Mobile Home Park. He was known as a businessman who owned other properties throughout York County.
Surviving are his loving wife of 27 years, Alice Canup Duncan; a son, George Thomas Duncan; two-step children, Brian Lewis and Melissa Helms (Chad), and two grandchildren, Makaylyn Helms and Brennan Helms.
Bass Cauthen Funeral Home and Cremation Center is serving the family.
