I had Ossie as an art teacher at MCC from 1977-1978 in Crystal Lake. Nice man, made the class fun. Pretty eclectic group in there. Condolences to his friends and family.

I had Ossie as my art instructor at McHenry Co College in 1977/78. The atmosphere he created there was very encouraging for anyone who wanted to pursue art or had an interest in it. He certainly was one of the top teachers of my school years. Fine individual. My condolences to his family and many friends. I have many fond memories of MCC because of his class. Bill Knox . I will never forget Ossie. He taught me how to draw and paint. He inspired me to achieve higher. I am a better man because he was my professor at McHenry College.

We are very saddened to hear of the loss of our dear friend Ossie.
Ossie was a very talented and successful person. Art was where his talents flourished and later became his crowning achievement. His love though was Coaching the Girls softball at Illinois. I faintly remember the humor, devotion, respect, and affection that were a part of the many stories of his Athletes. The results speak for themselves.
With sympathy and best wishes,
Cordially yours,
Barbara and Bob Cleminson

Uncle Ossie will be remembered as a generous, family-oriented,fun-loving Renaissance Man of his time. He encouraged those around him to strive for excellence and enjoyed the successes of those he mentored. Requiesce in pace Uncle Ossie.
