Jay Meredith Obituary
He served six years in the United States Navy.
Jay left behind his adored sons, Max and Alex. They were his pride and joy. Jay will also be greatly missed by his parents, Ralph and Sandra Meredith; his siblings, Scott, who lives in Australia; Mark and his wife Sharon; and Melanie and her husband Rod Mathes. All wish that more of the world could have known what a smart, funny and tender hearted guy Jay was.
A celebration of Jay's life will be held for his friends and family at Jay's parents' home, 35 Hawthorne Dr., Warrenton, Missouri, on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2018, from 2-4 p.m.
Military honors and interment are being arranged.
