Robert Murray Obituary

Robert Dennis Murray
April 21, 1967 - August 30, 2017
Robert Dennis Murray of Wellsville, Utah, died of a sudden massive heart attack on Wednesday the 30th of August 2017 in Cass County Nebraska; born on the 21st of April 1967 in Logan, Utah. He is the son of Dennis & Joan Murray.
Robert graduated from Mountain Crest High School in 1985, he also attended Utah State University and graduated from Continental Auctioneers School of Auctioneering in 1998. Robert was a member of the FFA and rodeo club in high school. Robert also enjoyed riding bulls into his early adult years.
Robert married the love of his life, Tanya, on the 17th of August, 1996. Anyone who knew Robert knew how much he loved Tanya. Together they raised a family and built a life. Robert grew up going to livestock sales with his Grandpa Kay and always dreamed of becoming an auctioneer.
He pursued his dream by volunteering as an auctioneer at different fundraisers. Robert established himself as a truck driver in 1989 which lead to the development of his business, Robert Murray Transport Inc. During his many years of trucking he gained some incredible friends that he cherished like family. In his spare time Robert enjoyed spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren and serving God. He also enjoyed hunting, horseback riding, camping, going to rodeos, skeet shooting, playing golf, and shining his truck.
Robert gave his life to our savior Jesus Christ and lived by the mantra "God owns it all, I just manage it." He showed his love for God by serving those around him and had a special place in his heart for all of God's creation. Robert looked forward to church every week to soak up God's teachings and fellowship with his church family. Robert's family is at peace knowing he is home with his Lord and Savior.
Robert is preceded in death by his grandparents; Robbie Marks, Peggy Marks, Kay Murray and uncle Thayle Eliason.
