Donna Cooper Obituary
She was the daughter of Don and Myra Mulder and was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Sandy Meiste and parents-in-law, Joseph and JoAnne Cooper.
Donna was an avid quilter and worked part time for Field's Fabrics until she and Pat retired. She loved everything having to do with her grandkids. Her grandchildren were her passion from babysitting, camping, fishing, teaching them to ride bike, and cheering them on from the sidelines.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Patrick; children, Craig and Jennifer Cooper of Fennville, Shannon and Dave Porretta of Holland; 5 grandchildren, Tristian Cooper, Lauren Cooper, Andrew Porretta, Isabella Porretta, Sophia Porretta; brother, Gary and Lynelle Mulder of Holland; in-laws, Steve Cooper of Batavia, IL, Mike and Retta Cooper of Hamilton, Laura Von Ins of Holland, Sean and Amy Cooper of Hamilton, Clarke Cooper of Zeeland, Kyle and Lori Cooper of Holland, many nieces, nephews and several friends.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 12, 2018 at Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E. 16th St. Holland. Burial will be in Graafschap Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday, October 11, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be given to Gift of Life, American Diabetes Association, or Love Sews Ministry. www.langelandsterenberg.com.
