JOYCE CHARLOTTE BUGADO, 65, of Hilo, Hawai'i, died Nov. 24, 2007. Born in Kilauea, Kaua'i. Retired housekeeping clerk for the former Hawai'i Naniloa Hotel. Survived by daughter, Karen; sons, Paul and Steve; brother, Alexander Milho; sisters, Sister Margaret and Cheryl Menzies; two grandchildren. Visitation 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hilo; service 10 a.m.; urn committal to follow at Homelani Memorial Park. No flowers. Casual attire. Arrangements by Dodo Mortuary, Hilo."
