I had the pleasure of working with Mark for the last 4 years. I 've always held him in high esteem based on how he treated me and my team. Little did I know just how great of a man he is. It brings me comfort that he's a brother in Christ and is now in paradise. I pray for his family's comfort & peace during this difficult time.

Mark Grierson was a giant of a human being. He had a huge heart and love for his fellow man. Our friendship will be something I cherish for the rest of my life. My heart is breaking for my loss and for Debra, his daughters, his mom and his brother and sister. God bless you buddy. We who loved you will hold you in our hearts for the rest of our days. Love you buddy.

To Mark’s family:
I’m still trying to wrap my head around this very sad situation. The Griersons lived next door growing up. I hadn’t seen Mark is years, but always thought I’d run into him around Houston, or see him at the Queensbury reunion we talk about having. My heart goes out to your family and also to the many friends that will miss Mark. I hope we can all be comforted by our memories and in knowing that Mark embraced God’s grace. I send my deepest condolences.

What’s a loss for all of us but heaven gained a treasure with Big G!! He’s a legend with a heart (and smile) bigger than Texas. We all miss him!

I met Mark through my daughter and late son-in-law Laura and Tommy Mudd. He always had a smile on his face. When Tommy passed away, Mark and Debra came over to my daughter’s home because Mark felt so sad form my grandson and wanted to bring him his collection of baseball cards to cheer him up. That touched my heart. He was a very caring, kind man. My prayers are with Debra and the family. Hold on to your loving memories.
