Douglas Laughter Obituary

Douglas D. Laughter
1933-2021
Douglas Darlos Laughter, 87 of Houston, Texas sadly passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021. He was born in Edna, Texas June 14, 1933.
He is survived by his wife Nelda Ruth Laughter of 66 years. He is also survived by his three sons: Randy Laughter and wife, Kamola; Douglas A. Laughter (Buddy) and wife, Joan; and Bret Laughter and wife, Laura. He had eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Douglas served in the United States Airforce during the Korean War and went on to graduate from the University of Houston with a degree in Accounting. He was also past Worshipful Master of the S.P. Waltip Masonic Lodge No. 1328 in Houston.
The family would like to give a special thank you to his caregivers: Celene Fielding and staff at the Agape Heritage Home.
A service to celebrate his life with his family and friends will be announced at a later date.
