The family wishes to extend their sincerest appreciation to the Reverend Eugene Heckmann and the Reverend John Cain for their spiritual support along with the doctors, nurses, and staff at Park Plaza Hospital with special heartfelt thanks to her longtime caregivers Erma Alford, Annie Brown, Clara Turner, Shirley Morgan, and Argerine Banks for their companionship, compassion, and the gentle care given to LaVerne in the last years of her life.
