Dear Jordan Family,
I would like to let you know that someone did something very special for our children on Christmas Day in memory of your son. Because of this kindness your son and your family have been added to our daily prayer list. May God continue to confort you in your grief this Christmas season. God Bless!!!

Will was such a great kid. He would come to the office after school every day when he was in 8th grade. Most of the time, the boys would do homework, but sometimes, there were days there was no homework to do or Teresa had a meeting in her office. So, Will would come sit and hang in my office. He would ask about my husband and be sure I told him he said hello. Then, one day I had a meeting and Will had nothing to do. I had a copy of "The Notebook" in my desk. I told Will I knew this was probably a bit girly, but he could borrow it. He would come in on days such as these and borrow the book. It was a moment, nothing consequential, but now, those days he came to my office to get that book mean so much. It makes me really appreciate those small moments; live for the moment as much as I can; and always take the opportunity to say hello. I feel honored to have known Will.

Will was a great guy and a most dedicated friend. Whether he was in the music room singing along side of me, or teasing me about having my own basketball team, he made me feel appreciated and loved. Even in the worst of times he brought a smile to my face, and I will miss that and him terribly. He will always be remembered in my heart and I thank your family for the opportunity to spend the time I was given with Will.
Your family is in my prayers,
Margaret Odunze

Teresa, Bill and Cameron.
I'm sitting in my office today having trouble concentrating knowing the pain you must be experiencing. I take some comfort in knowing Lynne and Jean are there for support. I wish that all of us could have been there for you. I will miss Will and his wonderful, charming personality. As I am typing and looking at the clock I realize the funeral services have commenced. I share in the tears of sadness and pray for all of you.
Love, Jim

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

We will all miss Will's smile, his ability to make a friend from a complete stranger and his enthusiasm for life. He achieved much in his too short life, and touched more people than he knew. My husband will never forget Will's great laugh as he tried to sing in the choir during the Elvis program. You are in our prayers.

I had William and Cameron in my resource class at Ed white. William was always the calming force in the class. He was always game for whatever I asked them to do. I still have a Valentine Day activity poem that William made for my bulletin board. I used it this past February to fill out my bulletin board. He was a joy!

Will Jordon will be dearly missed but we just have to think he will be in a wonderful place, somewhere all of us wants to go and meet a special person we all want to meet. he will make each and everyone up there happy just like he did down here. When i first meet will i thought he was a goofball. He always had a great smile on his face. Whenever i was having a bad day he was always the one that knew one kind of way that would make my day wonderful. I only knew you for this year but it felt like forever. As hard it is to say goodbye. Will you were a very sweet and had great humor. You will always be someone very special to me.
