He was my outstanding accounting professor at the U of Houston in 1962 and 1963. He was also a good mentor that caused me to continue my education to earn a PhD and to also become a professor.

My sympathy, prayers and thoughts go to the Allen family. Frank Allen was a business law professor of mine at UH almost 20 years ago. His signature is on my Beta Gamma Sigma certificate. He was a great teacher.
