I grew up with Jim all my early years. I always looked up to him now that I look back, as a leader. Somebody I want'ed to be like. Jimmy was a friend, and I'm sure a great husband and father. He will be greatly missed, because I know what he has already given me in this life.

About 2 years ago, Jim was just a business partner. As our companies did business together and time passed, we became great friends. Jim and I would always talk about baseball, his son's wonderful play, and anything that would come to mind. My prayers go out to the Maltz family and loved ones who grieve during this unfortunate time.

I am sending my deepest sympathies to the entire Maltz family. I'll always remember the good times we had together on Balmforth. It was such a treat for Gail's friends to hang out in Jimmy's room upstairs. He was a wonderful brother and will be missed by all. May you all be comforted by family and friends during this terrible time.

I spoke with Jim often about how Cory was doing with his sporting career. On last Monday
We talked about his trip to UNLV and then the up coming trip to SDSU. We were planning on watching a game or two together. He was a co worker/ friend. He will be missed.

Although it has been many years since I last saw Jimmy. But I have fond memories growing up in Houston and being around all the Maltz's with my parents. Fun times in my childhood. I am so very sorry.

It is so hard to believe that Jim has gone on ahead of us. I was looking forward to us getting together this week for a ball game and hearing about the baseball series in Vegas. I know God must have needed someone really trust worthy to confide in or Jim would still be with us. We all miss you Jim and will remember you always. There are few friends to be found like you.

Sending out my most heart felt sympathies to the Maltz family. I had the pleasure of getting to work with Jim for a little over a year at Bayou Packaging Solutions. I considered him a dear friend and a man of integrity. I will truely miss our conversations about Cory's success on the ball field. When he spoke of Cory. He literally glowed with pride. I'll miss you my friend.
