Our family had so many ties with your family, Ellen. Banking, Lions Club and close neighbors. Now Eddie can be happy in Heaven. When Augie died, John told me, "Our bodies are just vessels for our souls".

Ellen, may God be with you during these difficult times. You were such a great friend of my father (Al Benishek) with the family history you shared and your emails to him. We're with you in spirit to comfort you.

My condolences to your family. I did not know Edward but lost my own Father this past Friday. He too lived a long and full life and though there are no regrets there still is the pain of losing such a beloved man. Also, thank you for your Dads service to our nation. Sending prayers for your peace of mind.

When the ice rink was on the corner in Maribel, I fell down and broke my glasses. Your Dad took them home and fixed them so I could go to school on Monday. He was a very kind man. I am sorry to see that he died. Please always remember the good things he did. God Bless each of you.

Sir, you have earned a new set of wings and God will be your co-pilot. Thank you for your service and God bless you. Jim Miller
