Lisa Johannes Obituary
Lisa B. Johannes, 54, of 827 N. 8th. St., Manitowoc, entered into eternal life on Monday, March 25, 2013, at her residence. Funeral services for Lisa will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2013, at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Mishicot. Relatives and friends may call after 9 a.m. on Thursday at the church, until the time of service at 1 p.m. A complete obituary will be announced in Wednesday's edition of the Herald Times Reporter, by the Lambert-Eckert Funeral Home of Mishicot.

Lisa was a dear friend and cousin "in law" who alway made me laugh. We could always count on having a fabulous meal when visiting the Johannes' and hearing about her latest art endeavors which were always exciting. We have 2 pieces of Lisa's artwork in our house which we love dearly. Lisa, I love you, miss you, but know that you are in good hands with God. luv, Sandy

Bob, you have my sympathy. I have never been married, but I do know what it is like to lose somebody close to me. Still, Lisa is in a better place now. Considering the present state of the world, that truely is a blessing.

Pastor, and family, I can't even think of words to say how sorry to hear about Lisa's passing! She was such a joy to be around,and so happy and upbeat!
I am so sad,that she is gone from here on earth, but so happy and rejoicing that she is in heaven with our Dear Father! I will pray for all of you,and for your comfort,from our Savior !

There is no "good" time to lose someone, but I can't help to think of Easter season and what it means to all Christians. Jesus died that we might live! What hope indeed. May the Lord bless and comfort you who mourn.
