Janet Hauser Obituary
Janet Theresa Hauser, age 50, of Chilton, died on April 26, 2017 at her residence. She was born October 21, 1966, daughter of Peter and Patricia (Hoerth) Woelfel. She married Daniel J. Hauser on November 23, 1985 at St. Augustine Church in Chilton.
Janet was a baker for 19 years at the former Econo-Foods in Chilton. Since its closure she was employed at Ornua Ingredients in St. John. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in New Holstein and a 50 year member of the Catholic Knights, as well as being a member of the St. Anthony Circle of Mt. Calvary.
Survivors include: her husband, Daniel Hauser; her parents, Peter and Pat Woelfel; two sisters, Chris (Richard) Kuehnl, and Cheryl (Kevin) Tungate; three brothers, Michael (Dawn) Woelfel, Brian Woelfel, and Robert (Susan) Woelfel; her mother-in-law, Joyce Hauser; one brother- and sister-in-law, Michael and Rose Hauser; one sister- and brother-in-law, Sandra and Roger Koepke; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved cat, Bailey.
Janet was preceded in death by an infant child.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 pm, Monday, May 1, 2017 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church (1724 Madison St.) in New Holstein. Friends may call at 3:00 pm until 7:30 pm at the Wieting Family Funeral Home on Sunday, April 30, 2017, and at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in New Holstein at 2:00 pm until 2:45 pm on Monday, May 1, 2017.
