Dr. Yvonne Agazarian is a significant influence on my graduate studies in the "Human Resource Education" (HRE) discipline. Her work built on Kurt Lewin's achievements in the 1930s and 1940s.
Dr. Agazarian in partnership with Dr. Susan Gantt, published their work and discovery that the quality of organizational interactions were based and measured by discrete communication behaviors.
The models produced by Dr. Agazarian and Dr. Gantt continue to provide positive utility in my own work and progress in social psychology and organizational development.
I feel like I have lost an important friend.
