As my husband and I shopped for our
Pesach food this year at the Pavillion Shop Rite we thought of Mr. Ravitz and his wonderful greetings whenever we saw him. He seemed to always be upbeat and positive. We'll miss him. But he will be remembered for his kindness and generosity. Best to his family on Pesach.

I lived in Short Hills development in Cherry HIll for 20 yrs. ( I now live in Savannah.) I shopped at Shop Rite and I use to see Mr. Ravitz in the store and he often spoke. I am so sorry for your loss. I was made aware of his passing during a phone call today.

I knew Steve back in the 70's at the Cherry Hill Shop'n Bag, where I worked every summer during college. Steve and his Dad Stan were always in the store and it was wonderful to work for them- they were very accommodating to my college schedule and were always looking out for people who needed help. My son Dan works for them now and says the same thing- they have helped him so much with his career goals. I'm very very grateful to Steve and the Ravitz family.

Condolences to the family, Steve rolled up his sleeves, and went to work next to the employees, just as the rest of the family. Steve treated me fairly, that is all you can ask of a man.
