Clyde Golliher Obituary

Rev. Clyde Golliher, age 87 of Temple City, California passed away Apri l 11, 2006 in Rosemead, California. A retired Minister and Missionary, he was born on October 9, 1918 in Redondo Beach, California and was a Temple City resident for the past 9 years. He was a former Ontario resident for 15 years. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy serving in World War II. He and his wife served as Missionaries in Peru, South America for 31 years before returning to Southern California. Rev. Golliher is survived by his wife of 65 years, Leona Golliher of Temple City, his three daughters, Jean Gwynne of Montclair, Claudia (Doug) Mathews of Indian River, Michigan and Billie (Dan) Gipe of Richland, Michigan, his granddaughter, Randi Gipe and his grandson, David Gipe. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 21, 2006 from 5 to 8 PM, at the Draper Mortuary, 811 N. Mountain Ave. Ontario, CA. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2006 at 9:30 AM, at the First Church of the Nazarene, 120 W. Ninth Street, Upland, CA. Interment will follow in the Bellevue Memoria l Park, Ontario. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Rev. Golliher's memory to the Upland Christian School, 100 W. Ninth Street, Upland, CA 91786. Draper Mortuary is assisting the family.
