Jane, so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I met her at some of the "premieres" you were kind enough to invite me to attend. I was able to see where you and Jim got some of the wit and humor from. God bless you and yours.

I had the great honor to work with Louise at JFS back in 1979-82, and was proud that she called me her friend even after I left. My having a form of controlled epilepsy gave us another common concern. Although I had not seen her in the last couple of years, any time that our paths crossed was always a treat. She was one of the most elegant, sincere and caring women I have ever known. It also gave us both a laugh when people thought we were related! The world was better for her having been part of it. I hope that you will be comforted by your loving memories of this wonderful woman.

We are in Florida for the winter but saw the obituary for your mother and wanted to send our sincere condolences. She was a wonderful role model for seniors, and her legacy will certainly live on.
