William Guy Obituary
Hartford - died on Saturday, December 5, 2020, at the age of 80. William was a respected Senior Detective in the Milwaukee Police Department for 31 years, joining in Nov 1961. He proudly served with the 720th Military Police Battalion in the US Army. He was a beloved husband, father, and brother. He is survived by his wife, Doreen Edwards, of 35 years; sister, Carol; sons, Timothy and Daniel, and daughters, Kelly, Cheryl, Kimberly, Christine, Traci, and 15 grandchildren.
To all his respected partners, mentors, and friends, Bill sends his warmest thank you for the meals, memories, stories, and time shared. He wanted you to know how much it meant to him and how blessed he was to be surrounded by such a great group. He is now with his mother, grandma, brother, and best friend, who had all moved on before him. He wanted to give a final thank you and best wishes for those he could not reach near the end. He will be laid to rest at his family plot in Amberg, WI, alongside his mother, brother, and grandparents. We will miss him dearly.

My condolences to the Guy Family. Bill was a friend of our family for many generations, starting with my grandfather, my dad, myself and my children. Bill was a caring and loving family man that will go out of his way to help you. I will miss you my friend. Rest in peace.
