Vincent Ragen Obituary

Ragen, Vincent Richard Age 68 of West Bend, WI. died on May 10, 2013, of a heart attack. Husband of the late Margaret "Peggy" (nee Morgan); father of the late Renee Ragen; son of the late Vincent Ragen, Sr. Vince is further survived by his mother Majorie Ragen; sister Elaine (Jack) Walker; uncle Peter (Kay) Ragen; niece Suzanne (Mark) Scroggins; great niece Erin Scroggins; and great nephews Pierce and Alec Scroggins. Vince graduated from West Allis Hale in 1963 and spent the next 30 years in the Navy on nuclear submarines. After retiring with an honorable discharge from the Navy, he went to work for Lockheed Martin out of Norfolk, VA. He spent the next 16 years on a ship traveling to all parts of the world. He enjoyed being out on the open seas. After retirement in 2007 he moved back to Wisconsin. There will be a private memorial service for family and friends.
