As a fellow member of the Hartland Community Band, Norm's funny stories and jokes kept me laughing when we carpooled to concerts. He was quite the character! We "shared" perennials and I was lucky enough to get a tour of his beautiful gardens and meet his little poochie...My heartfelt condolences to his family. He will be missed. Kathy Burgess aka "The Flower Lady" according to Norm.

"I have played in the Hartland Community Band almost from its start, and although I didn't know Norm other than at band, he was always friendly and when we greeted each other, he called me by name. I know that he was a great sax player, and he will be deeply missed. Paul Breest"

Norm was a wonderful gentleman and musician. As director of the Community Band, I became good friends with Norm and will miss him and his great sense of humor. My sympathy to his family.
