Mahon, Patrice "Patti" (Nee Zinda ) Entered Eternal Life September 28, 2015 at the age of 54. Resident of Whitefish Bay. Beloved wife of Terrence Mahon. Dearest daughter of the late Harry and the late Valerie Zinda. Treasured friend of the late Mary Anderson. Loving sister of Craig Zinda, William (Sarah Walters) Zinda, Jay Zinda, and Karen (Joseph Wall) Campanelli. Cherished aunt of Karen D'Amico. Cherished great-aunt of Angelica, Veronica and the late Dominic D'Amico. Further survived by other relatives and many dear friends. Patti truly lived out the Gospels and faced her crosses with grace, courage and perseverance; a 21 year cancer survivor. She was known for her warm smile and friendship. Visitation at the funeral home Thursday, October 1 from 4:00 PM until time of Rosary Service at 7:30 PM. Additional visitation Friday, October 2 at St. Eugene Catholic Church, 7600 N. Port Washington Rd., Fox Point, WI from 9:30 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Patti's name to St. Eugene "Faith Forward Fund", Froedtert Hospital Breast Care Center, or to ABCD After Breast Cancer Diagnosis appreciated.

My recollection of Patti goes back many years -- she was still a very young woman living with her parents. She had signed on briefly as a communications intern at A.O. Smith and she helped me plan an Employee Family Day at State Fair Park that summer. I'll always remember her as pretty, smart, outgoing, fun-loving and a delight to be with. And who could forget that beautiful smile? Was so sorry to learn of her death. The world was a better place with her in it. My heart-felt condolences go to the entire family.

To Terry Mahon and the Zinda family. I am so sorry to hear about Patti's passing. I know that she struggled for years with dignity and grace. I will always remember her in my prayers; her wonderful smile and zest for life even in the face of unspeakable pain. I remember the day she came in to Origins when I was working and I gave her a hand massage and we had so much fun that day.

Patti, I know you are in God's arms and brightening up Heaven. I will always cherish our memories together at UWM and Daytona. Enjoy Heaven my dear.

Miss Patti is the best neighbor a family could ever ask for! Her warm smile and funny stories made my kids fall in love with her instantaneously. I would say she is by far the most popular lady on our block. Everyone loves Miss Patti.

I will never forget the first person I met when my husband and I moved to the corner of Beaumont and Shore Drive....Patti, she came after a long 8 hour day of moving, with her precious Rainy in tow, arms full of food for us to enjoy our first meal in our new house. She was a treasure and loved our girls. We will never forget the angel that lived down the street.

I send my condolences from Chicago to Patti's family and friends. I knew her a long time ago at Nicolet Class of '79 and to me she was a kind-hearted very sweet person with a great great smile. I am sure she brought bright light to others' lives too. May you rest in peace Patti.

To The Zinda Family,

My heart goes out to all of you. It was 21 years ago I donated some money for an experimental treatment for Patti. In one sense I'm happy that you all fought and got to spend those additional years, but sad that she is taken at such an early age. She had to be a tremendously strong and courageous person. I hope you find solace in knowing she is at peace.
