Eiglmeier, Alois Joseph Of Glendale, Wisconsin played his last polka on January 30, 2019. "Al" Eiglmeier, son of Alois and Anna Eiglmeier, loving husband of Donna Bieck Eiglmeier, passed away at his home in Glendale, WI after a long battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his close friend, Gerald Westfahl. He is survived by his wife Donna, and dear friends Elizabeth Bollman, Alberta Westfahl, David and Kim (Lauren and Ben) Westfahl, and Daniel and Deb (Maddie, Livie, and Mollie) Westfahl. "Al" was a long-time employee of Johnson Controls, as an Electrical Engineer. He was an accordion player at the Bavarian Wursthaus for 32 years. He enjoyed a long retirement at their second home in St. Germain, Wisconsin, working in is workshop where he created beautiful projects. He also enjoyed being a volunteer DJ at WXPR, fishing, listening to polka music, rock hunting at Little Girl's Point, and spending time with his Northwoods friends. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Visitation at the funeral home on Thursday, February 7, from 10:00 AM until time of Funeral Service at 11:30 AM. Private interment Wisconsin Memorial Park.
