Nancy Hawthorne Obituary

1943-2010 Cameron, Missouri- Nancy Jane (Beavers) Hawthorne, 67, Cameron, died December 23, 2010 at Heartland Hospital. Jane was born October 4, 1943, in Grant City, Missouri to Jennings (Bill) and Corrine Beavers. She grew up in Cameron and graduated from Cameron High School, Class of 1961, and graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in 1968. Jane married Ron Brumley in 1962 and had two children, a daughter, Stephennie Brumley, and a son, Chris Brumley. She married Richard "Bud" Hawthorne in 1999. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Richard Hawthorne. Jane is survived by her daughter, Stephennie Brumley of La Prairie, Illinois, her son, Chris Brumley and wife Nancy of Centennial, CO; a sister, Bowdry Jeanne (Beavers) and husband Howard Hoffman of Clifton Park, NY; a brother, J. B. Beavers and wife Valera (Coffman) of Jacksonville, NC; three grandchildren, Kelsie, Andrew, and Austin Brumley; 2 nephews, Bill Briggs and Bob Briggs; and 3 nieces, Corinne Seeds, Lisa Beavers and Lori Barnes. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and a good friend to many. She will be greatly missed by all. Visitation: 1:00 PM, Thursday, December 30, 2010 followed by a Memorial service at 2:00PM at Poland- Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron, MO. Online condolences may be left at www. polandthompson.com.
