It is with heart felt sadness that Dr. Joe has passed. He served the community with pride. I knew him when he served as Pastor at Zion Church and we became good friends. He was always open to suggestions, comments, and openness to receive new members. He presided as Pastor to my Son and Daughter-in-law when they got married. He will be missed. My sincere sympathy to the entire family.
