Elaine Davis Obituary

Elaine Elizabeth Davis, 54, of Belton, Mo., passed away May 4, 2009, at Research Belton Medical Center after a long lengthy battle with multiple sclerosis. Cremation. Memorial services 2 p.m. Saturday, May 9, at McGilley & George Funeral Home, 611 Chestnut, Belton. Visitation 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers contributions suggested to Mid America Chapter, National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Elaine was born on Jan. 4, 1955, in Omaha, Neb. She worked for the Marine Corps at R-G, retiring after 20 years. Elaine is survived by her parents, Rodney and Ina Davis, Belton; three brothers and their wives, Robert (Twila) of Belton, Michael (Becky) of Raymore, Steven (Kristan) of Raymore; two nephews and three nieces, Jeffrey, Russell, Twila Ann, Mary and Evalina; and her long time friend, Karl Graham of the home. Arrangements: McGilley & George Funeral Home (816) 322- 2995.

You are all in our prayers. I had not been with Elaine in a long time. We always had so much fun and laughed til we cried. I know that you will miss her. God bless you all.
