Daniel Hrnjak Obituary

DANIEL A. HRNJAK Born on January 24, 1921 in West Allis, Wisconsin. He died on Saturday, July 20, 2002 in Calabasas, California. Dan served his country in the army in World War II in the South Pacific. He began his career as a welder in West Allis, Wisconsin and retired from Universal Studios in 1980. He was a PGK and 50 year member of the Knights of Columbus co3095 West Allis, Wisconsin. He served as a Band and Booster Club president at Notre Dame High School. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Serah; his brother, George; in-laws, George, Irene and Anne of Wisconsin; four children, Bill (Leslie), Chris (Terry), John (Kathie) and Tracy (Steve); his eight grandchildren, Joseph, Jane, Kristin, Geoff, Daniel, David, Patrick and Sarah. Viewing and Rosary Wednesday, July 24, 2002, 7:00 p.m., Praiswater Meyer Mitchell, Van Nuys. Mass of the Resurrection Thursday, July 25, 2002, 10:00 a.m., St. Cyril of Jerusalem Church, Encino. Interment to follow at San Fernando Mission Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice or to the Motion Pict ure Hospital and Television Fund.
