I was Danny's copyeditor on the Charlie Moon series and I will miss his wry humor and the excellent characters he created.
He was truly a gentleman and I will miss him and his writing.

I knew him only as a gifted writer. I was in the process of reading the entire Charlie Moon series when I heard of his passing. Aunt Daisy is mourning along with the rest of his readers. Condolences to his family and friends.

Danny was a wonderful man and his gifts of each mystery he wrote will continue to delight and entertain many for years to come. His kindness, wit and humor live on through his books. Although he is physically gone, for those who have met him, his memory will always be special. Thanks you for all you have given us Danny.
