Dr Maglich was my Honors Physics Professor senior year at Rutgers. I worked as part of his team on an experiment on the Princeton-Pennsylania ion accelerator after graduation. Dr. Maglich's enthusiasm for understanding the sub-atomic world inspired me to go to graduate school and receive a PhD in Physics.

I was lucky enough to work with Bogie in the nineties - assisting with his various endeavors and hearing about his life. We hosted receptions for the Saudi princes who supported his work. I learned a lot about life,science and fusion during those years! He was able to compartmentalize things in a way that only a genius can. I had reached out to him through the years and always kept him on my radar...I am sad that we have lost this wonderful and unique man. He loved his family, his work and science always,
