Chiquita Villet

February 24, 1928 - May 25, 2014 Born to Dassine (Esther Goodman) and Felipe Luis Alfau in New York City. Chiquita worked in journalism and advertising in London, Paris, and South Africa where she married Grey Villet. After divorcing in Los Angeles she remained to raise their two children Jonathan Villet and Stephanie Villet Berman, who survive her. She earned a BA and MA in Sociology at UCLA, and worked at CA EDD to retirement. She loved conversation, writing projects, cooking, travel, animals and Native American pottery. Memorial service at Woodlawn Cemetery, Santa Monica, at 10 a.m. June 7, 2014.
