Terry was the most optimistic loving husband with an incredible spirit and sense of humor. Anita, he always held you on a pedistool and he treasured his time with you and your family. God bless. May he Rest In Peace.

Dear Anita: Nancy and I enjoyed Terry's wit and humor. I remember him even when I visited at Herman's home, as a child and made fair use of the pool. Terry, a positive person.

Dear Anita,
We are very sorry to hear about your loss. Terry has been a fixture in the neighborhood and in our lives since we moved in across the street in 2000. We will think of him every time it snows because he was always out there with his snow blower. Of course, he would always stop to chat no matter how cold it was. He will be greatly missed.

Our deepest sympathies to the entire Steen family. Terry was a true gentleman, personally & professionally.
I will miss the summertime "...bumping into each other" with families in tow, on the Ocean City NJ boardwalk. Every time, he was the happiest I had ever seen him - overtly proud of and immense love for his entire family. He will be missed.

Dear Anita and Family,
My deepest condolences. Terry made so many contributions. I will remember him especially as a great neighbor, always ready to say hello, to stop and talk, to lend a hand. He will be greatly missed.

I have known Terry since sometime in the 1970's as a client and good friend. We spent much time together working on cases and vacationing with our families. Our children have great memories of Xmas vacations at Mt. Airy Lodge and elsewhere. I learned a great deal from him about the billboard business and he introduced me to many people in the business. I will miss the conversations with him about economics in general and many other subjects.

Dear Anita,
Terry always told me he loved the anonymity of Florida where he felt unknown. However, once you met him he could not be forgotten and we will miss him terribly.
Our most sincere condolences to you and your family.

Dear Anita and Family-
Terry was a GIANT and his memory will always be a comfort to me and anyone he met. He taught me so much more then business. He was the life of any party or room he entered. He could be counted on in good times and bad. He was a mensch (a word he loved to use to describe others) in every sense of the word. There are so many lives he has touched and so many people who owe their success to him and his generosity. He has left a lasting legacy and I am grateful to have known, worked for him and called him a friend for almost 20 years. My heart is broken today and the thoughts and prayers of Michelle and I go out to all of you. May his soul be bound up in eternal life.
