Richard J. Boudreau Richard J. Boudreau of Lowell passed away October 27,2010 following a lengthy stay in the Medical Intensive Care Unit of Fletcher Allen Hospital in Burlington. He was born in Troy, VT on August 21, 1940, the son of Wilfred Boudreau and Katherine Breault Boudreau. He became a self-employed master finish carpenter, a marksman in the Maine State Guard and a member of the NRA. While living in FL he worked as a prototype lead man at both Wellcraft and Marine Concepts. In early retirement he continued this line of work from his home in VT. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Craft Powers Boudreau of Lowell, VT; his mother, Katherine Brault Boudreau of Quinebaug, CT; living in ME are two daughters, Janine Flaherty of Lyman and Nichole Tracy, and husband, Scott of Buxton; daughter-in-law, Laurie Boudreau and children Traci and Gary Stanley. Other grandchildren include Jessica Flaherty of Biddeford, Renee Flaherty of Kennebunk, and Isaac Tracy of Buxton and two great-grandchildren, Kylie Minini of Biddeford and Owen Fecteau of Kennebunk. His sister, Connie Thomas and husband, Bob, of Quinebaug, CT. and several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by both his son, Brian Boudreau of Waterboro, ME and his father, Wilfred Boudreau of Quinebaug, CT. He is also survived by his step children: Ethel Chase and husband, Lerry; Robert Powers; Eloise Vittum and husband, Verne (deceased); Nanette Bonneau and husband, Steve. Also several step-grandchildren, step great-grandchildren and one step great-great grandchild. Funeral services will be held at the Curtis- Britch- Converse, Rushford Funeral Home on 4670 Darling Hill Road, Newport on Friday, November 5, 2010 at 11:00 AM. Calling hours will be prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 AM. A graveside service will follow at the Mountain View Cemetery in Lowell. Services will be conducted by Rev. Henry Mlinganisa and Rev. Lerry Chase. Should friends desire, donations in his memory may be made to the Missisquoi Valley Ambulance Service, P.O. Box 131, Troy, Vermont 05868. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Curtis-Britch-Converse-Rushford Funeral Home, locally family owned and operated.

Virginia and family,
So sorry to hear of Rich's passing. We will always remember the good times when all the cousins were little.

Connie, Bob and rest of the family,
We were so sorry to hear of Rich's passing. I am glad we were able to get together a few years ago in FL.
