To the Rowe and Abraham Family,
I don't know your family, but I wanted to send my condolences to your family at this most difficult time and tell you my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Lane was a true hero and what he did for his siblings makes him a mature, young man. So sorry that it had to turn into a tragedy, but know that he is looking down at you and watching over you for he is your guardian angel. May he rest in peace for he is with God and his angels. I have a 12 year old son and nothing is more worse than losing a child. My brother passed away at 15 years old to liver cancer and that was the worst day of my family's life. His 31st anniversary was September 17. They say the pain goes away, but it doesn't. It seems like yesterday. You have family and friends who are there for you at this this most difficult time. May God give you strength and love to help you heal. God Bless You!

When I read Lane's Obituary, the tears just started flowing and could not stop, I am crying as I type this. I cannot find the words to say how deeply sorry I am for your loss. No bond is as special as a parent/child one. May God bring you comfort and support.

I had the honor of knowing Lane and working with him when I helped out at Stevens, him and my dght are in the same grade. Lane had a big heart and it showed in the heroic act he did by saving his siblings. He will never be forgotten in the BH community. Prayers to the family.

In the short weeks that I had Lane as my student, he was truly a joy from the moment he entered my classroom. My heart goes out to Luca (my former student from last year) and the rest of Lane's family. I will always remember his smile and his kind demeanor. He will be greatly missed.

I did not have the honor of knowing your son, brother, grandson. He was in school with my son and he said he was a funny, thoughtful child.
