Please note - The address for the American Diabetes Association is wrong. Please send donations to 1160 Route 22 East, Suite 103, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Include a note saying the donation is in John Wiley's memory. I am his granddaughter, and I am a director at the local ADA. He cared very much about the organization and is really proud that i have worked there for 10 years - he is my inspiration every day at work.

John is a wonderful, amazing man, We spent so much time together when I was growing up and he was like my second dad. I am fortunate that he got to know my son and that I was able to spend time with him a couple days before he passed away.
