Candy, Like everyone else I was stunned to her of Sky's sudden death. He hired me in 1978 as a dishwasher. It was my first job. I will always remember the days & nights that he would cook beside me and teach me how to cook. The busier we got... the more fun we seemed to have. Then, at the end of the night there was Ol' Harry, Roger, "Hooker", and Wally walking in looking for Sky and coffee. Thanks for the great memories. May God ease your pain.

To the DeCamp family. I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Skylers passing. I had no idea he was ill. Skyler and i go way back to our childhood in Busco. We would play tin can alley and have all sorts of fun. He was a great friend. I will always remember our earlier days together. May the Lord bless you at this difficult time.

Candy,
So sorry to hear about Skylar's passing, he was such a great guy. We were in the same class when he went to school in Churubusco and you and I worked together at the Dana Distribution Center in New Haven in the late 70's or early 80's. My last name was Gruesbeck back then. I believe you were expecting your 1st child when we worked together. Be strong and live for all the great memories you both have shared over the years. Know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

To Candace, Mrs. Decamp ,members of the Decamp family and friends, I wish to offer my deepest condolences on your great loss. it was the fall of 1968 at Village Woods Jr. HS,
I believe when Skyler came on the scene. This very soft spoken and very muscular guy was a true athlete who
played football and basketball very well. When he got
upset about a bad call from a ref or something he always
kept that soft voice while talking to you about it. He was
always easy to talk to and he listened. Candy, when I made it to our 30th HS class reunion, it was no big surprise to know that you two had already been married for several years because I had always felt that you two were a match from the
beginning starting with the Village Woods years. May the strength and love of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ bless you each one by one , when the visits, bringing of food and
and phone calls become few and you find yourself alone and thinking about your husband, father and son may he forever hold you so much closer is my prayer. Take care.,
