Peter M. Pryor

Pryor, Peter M. ALBANY Peter Malachia Pryor, 95, a trailblazing Black civil rights lawyer and activist who worked in Albany, passed away, fittingly, on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 17, 2022. He left behind his beautiful wife, Barbara; his children, Cynthia, Guinevere, Peter (Debra), Robert, and Marcus (Cindy); 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by two children, James and Carlton. Peter's funeral service has been rescheduled for Saturday, October 29, at 10 a.m. in the Cathedral of All Saints, 62 South Swan St., Albany.
